Anally, you will set from the Inter-niversity ouncil' Report that the visiters recommended also the establishment of an Indowment Fund to meet some of the future needs of the University. I am not taking up this matter wey since the proposals I have already mentioned are more urgent, but will be writing to you bout it shortly.
